We’re pleased to share upcoming system health and wellbeing offers available for ALL staff working across the LLR Health and Social Care system. We are excited to invite you to the FREE #moregooddays LLR Women’s Wellbeing Event in recognition of Cervical Screening Awareness Week (17th – 23rd June 2024).

LLR Women’s Wellbeing Event, Monday 17th June, 2024, 9am – 4pm
Loros Hospice, Groby Road, LE3 9QE (onsite parking available)

FREE to the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Integrated Care System (LLR ICS) workforce, the event will bring together colleagues from health and social care, emergency services, local authority and voluntary & community sector to celebrate and explore how we can support our health and wellbeing in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

While we refer to this event as ‘Women’s Wellbeing’ we recognise that this event may also serve colleagues who are men, transgender, non-binary, with variations in sex characteristics, who are intersex or simply, colleagues who are interested in learning what is available.

We will also be hosting some fantastic Learning Sessions:

  • Inclusive Sexual Health with Leicestershire Public Health
  • Understanding Smoking Cessation with National Centre for Smoking Cessation and Training

Move, Breathe, Achieve - 'Wellbeing Wednesdays'

Since launching in April 2022 the Wellbeing Wednesday team have created over 70 ‘Move Breathe Achieve’ videos/ podcasts available to support your wellbeing. These short, bite size, virtual health and wellbeing led videos are available in a playlist.

Staff are able to access the wellbeing resources whenever they want, at their own pace; videos and podcasts tend to be no longer than 15 mins and are themed around – movement, breathing and achievements.
